Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow .
• Work on Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Experience Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle – from requirement analysis to deployment and support.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or custom solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Optimize and refactor existing code for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices , coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Manage deployments using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center .
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and platform capabilities.
• 7–15 years of total IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce development .
