We are now looking for a highly professional, experienced, and target-driven marketing leader who can shape and scale Antaha’s next phase of growth.
Position Overview
This role requires a strategic, mature, and deeply professional marketer who can independently build and execute Antaha’s marketing engine with clarity, structure, and consistency.
The ideal candidate brings :
- strong command over marketing fundamentals,
- hands-on experience executing growth-focused campaigns,
- the ability to manage weekly / monthly targets, and
- the discipline to transform ideas into measurable outcomes.
You will lead demand generation, audience segmentation, brand communication, and performance optimization across Antaha’s global programs, retreats, partnerships, and community initiatives.
This role requires someone who can think deeply, execute effectively, and stay aligned with Antaha’s core philosophy — silence, clarity, truth, and inner transformation .
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
Drive weekly / monthly targets across leads, registrations, engagement, and conversionsPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and community touchpointsBuild performance dashboards and track KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement metrics)Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and improve overall efficiency2. Brand & Communication Strategy
Develop audience-centric messaging that aligns with Antaha’s identity and depthBuild structured communication kits for promotions, awareness, partnerships, and collaborationsMaintain consistent brand tonality, narrative clarity, and visual coherence across channelsLocalize messaging for different audience segments, including professionals, students, and retreat seekers3. Content, Creative & Asset Development
Create high-quality marketing materials : brochures, carousels, landing pages, decks, and one-pagersCollaborate with designers and editors to ensure compelling visual storytellingDevelop and maintain brand-aligned content templates and marketing systems4. Community, Partnerships & Field Marketing
Support university outreach, studio collaborations, and community-led initiativesCreate impactful presentations and pitch decks for B2B / B2C conversationsCoordinate webinars, workshops, and special events with internal teams5. Analytics & Insight-Driven Optimization
Track campaign performance through weekly and monthly reportingUse behavioural insights and analytics to refine communication, segmentation, and campaign designStay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practicesMinimum Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Brand CommunicationStrong understanding of marketing strategy, audience segmentation, messaging, and performance metricsHands-on experience with digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing, and analytics platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Canva / Figma and marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards)Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCapable of taking complete ownership of targets and delivering consistent resultsInterest in wellness, mindfulness, spirituality, or emotional wellbeing is a plusIdeal Candidate Traits

The shortlisted candidates will be assigned an 8 week project for managing, promoting our series of events in Spain and will work with the local team. Based on the defined success metrics, you will be evaluated and might be transitioning into a full time role with fix pay. During this phase, you will be paid on a mutually agreed compensation.
