We are now looking for a highly professional, experienced, and target-driven marketing leader who can shape and scale Antaha’s next phase of growth.

Position Overview

This role requires a strategic, mature, and deeply professional marketer who can independently build and execute Antaha’s marketing engine with clarity, structure, and consistency.

The ideal candidate brings :

  • strong command over marketing fundamentals,
  • hands-on experience executing growth-focused campaigns,
  • the ability to manage weekly / monthly targets, and
  • the discipline to transform ideas into measurable outcomes.

You will lead demand generation, audience segmentation, brand communication, and performance optimization across Antaha’s global programs, retreats, partnerships, and community initiatives.

This role requires someone who can think deeply, execute effectively, and stay aligned with Antaha’s core philosophy — silence, clarity, truth, and inner transformation .

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Drive weekly / monthly targets across leads, registrations, engagement, and conversions
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and community touchpoints
  • Build performance dashboards and track KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement metrics)
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and improve overall efficiency
  • 2. Brand & Communication Strategy

  • Develop audience-centric messaging that aligns with Antaha’s identity and depth
  • Build structured communication kits for promotions, awareness, partnerships, and collaborations
  • Maintain consistent brand tonality, narrative clarity, and visual coherence across channels
  • Localize messaging for different audience segments, including professionals, students, and retreat seekers
  • 3. Content, Creative & Asset Development

  • Create high-quality marketing materials : brochures, carousels, landing pages, decks, and one-pagers
  • Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure compelling visual storytelling
  • Develop and maintain brand-aligned content templates and marketing systems
  • 4. Community, Partnerships & Field Marketing

  • Support university outreach, studio collaborations, and community-led initiatives
  • Create impactful presentations and pitch decks for B2B / B2C conversations
  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, and special events with internal teams
  • 5. Analytics & Insight-Driven Optimization

  • Track campaign performance through weekly and monthly reporting
  • Use behavioural insights and analytics to refine communication, segmentation, and campaign design
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practices
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Brand Communication
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, audience segmentation, messaging, and performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Canva / Figma and marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Capable of taking complete ownership of targets and delivering consistent results
  • Interest in wellness, mindfulness, spirituality, or emotional wellbeing is a plus

  • Onboarding Process

    The shortlisted candidates will be assigned an 8 week project for managing, promoting our series of events in Spain and will work with the local team. Based on the defined success metrics, you will be evaluated and might be transitioning into a full time role with fix pay. During this phase, you will be paid on a mutually agreed compensation.
