Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software automation, who are good in Python framework proficiency, unit testing proficiency, third-party libraries, and API integration Knowledge of shell scripting, networking, troubleshooting & debugging. Knowledge of Selenium Webdriver Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a collaborative team Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts. There will be mandatory working from the office and WFH will be on the exceptional and genuine case.

About the Role :
Title : Lead Automation Engineer
Experience : 8 - 13 Years
Location : Pune - Hinjewadi Phase 1 (WHO)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop automation strategies.
- Design and implement automated test scripts to validate software quality and identify bugs.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- As an SDE 4, person will be responsible for leading and supporting the team.
- Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation script issues to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in automation testing to enhance the testing processes.
