Role Description

We’re hiring a Game Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on Unity experience to own features from concept to release. You’ll work with designers and artists to build gameplay systems, optimize performance, and ship high-quality player experiences on mobile.

What you’ll do

  • Implement gameplay systems, UI, and game mechanics in Unity (C#).
  • Work closely with designers to prototype and iterate on mechanics quickly.
  • Optimize game performance (CPU, GPU, memory) for Android and iOS.
  • Integrate IAP, analytics events, ad SDKs, and remote config as needed.
  • Debug, write clean, maintainable code and unit tests where applicable.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
  • Help ship features across live ops and sprint cycles.

Must-have

  • 1-3 years professional experience developing games in Unity (C#).
  • At least one shipped mobile title (published on Play Store and / or App Store) - link to portfolio / played game required.
  • Strong understanding of Unity’s lifecycle, prefab / workflow, scene management.
  • Familiarity with mobile performance profiling and optimization.
  • Comfortable with Git (or equivalent VCS) and collaborative workflows.
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to iterate quickly.

    • Good-to-have

  • Experience with multiplayer or real-time game systems.
  • Experience with DOTS / ECS or advanced optimization techniques.
  • Experience with SRP (URP / HDRP), Shader basics, or animation systems.
  • Familiarity with IAP, Ad SDKs, Firebase / Mixpanel or analytics platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of backend integration (REST, WebSockets).
