We are looking to hire a CMT Specialist who can effectively manage both OTR and drayage loads on behalf of our brokers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for OTR and drayage shipments.
- Communicate effectively with brokers, carriers, and clients.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Negotiate rates with carriers while maximizing company margins and ensuring service quality
- proactively source new carriers to expand network and meet urgent or specialized load requirements.
- Monitor carrier performance and resolve service issues
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery in compliance with customer requirements
