Technology Recruitment Specialist

About the Role :

Allied Globetech LLP, a leading API and Cloud solutions provider is looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition / IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

You will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent across technical and business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify manpower requirements by coordinating with business leaders and department heads.

Raise and manage Manpower Requisition forms for new positions.

Draft and finalize Job Descriptions in collaboration with respective HoDs.

Drive media campaigns for sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional groups.

Coordinate with the social media team to design and post hiring ads.

Screen incoming profiles based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with business leaders / HoDs.

Communicate interview details and outcomes to candidates.

Issue Offer Letters and manage the entire onboarding process for selected candidates.

Create and maintain Personnel Files for all new joiners with required documentation.

Conduct Background Verification of new employees.

• Coordinate Induction & Training Programs with the Head – HR;

manage attendance and feedback.

Support confirmation appraisals post-probation period (6 months).

Undertake additional tasks assigned by management under the scope of Talent Management.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).

2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferably in IT or Technical hiring).

Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.

Strong coordination and communication skills across departments.

Knowledge of onboarding, induction, and HR documentation processes.

Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements with attention to detail.
