Morissets is seeking a highly skilled and driven Career Advancement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies that help celebrities achieve their career goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with celebrities, influencers, and other stakeholders.

A strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies is essential in this role.

You will work closely with celebrities / influencers providing administrative support and guidance to enhance their careers.

The role involves building relationships, connecting with new talents, and expanding Morissets network.

Additionally, you will research partnership opportunities between celebrities / influencers and brands, managing campaigns from inception to completion.

You will assist in upgrading and managing celebrities' public profiles to ensure a positive portrayal in media and on social platforms.

The position requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Familiarity with contract management and negotiation is also desired.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
