- Job Purpose : To oversee the outreach activities for the BITSoM’s 2-year MBA ensuring quality and profile of students as per school objectives.
Job Outline :
The incumbent is responsible for assisting in entire gamut of outreach activities for attracting a superior quality of students into the MBA program ensuring the goals of class size and quality are met.To meet the above objective, the incumbent will be required to assist in organizing various road shows, information sessions and lead & funnel management.The incumbent will also be required to work closely with Process, Counselling and Digital Marketing teams.Job Responsibilities :
Strategizing of the annual outreach plan keeping in mind the school’s objectivesOrganize and execute impactful outreach events, including seminars, information sessions, and education fairs, to generate interest and drive applications for the MBA program.Design and deliver engagement-driven initiatives, such as workshops, leadership talks, coffee meetups.Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the visibility and credibility of the MBA offering.Drive high student conversion rates by providing personalized counseling, program insights, and showcasing the BITS brand legacy, career outcomes, and alumni achievements.Monitor, analyse, and optimize outreach performance metrics regularly, providing actionable insights for strategy refinement and lead quality improvement.Stay updated on trends in MBA education, competitor strategies, and market expectations to ensure differentiated positioning of the program.Collaborate proactively with digital marketing and process team to align messaging, campaign planning, and lead nurturing strategies.Knowledge / Education :
B.Tech / MBA from a reputed university in India or abroad.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and good command over the languageUnderstanding of higher education landscape and related policies would be a plusQuick learner and a strong team playerExperience in team handlingPassion for building world class institutions of higher educationProficiency in MS Office and other CRM, telephony toolsDesirable Experience :
7-10 years of experience in counselling, academic advising, or admissions in a higher education institutionExperience working in a target-driven sales or student recruitment environmentExposure to education technology platforms and student information systemsJob Interface : Internal :
