Purpose of the Role
To lead a smooth, student-centered admissions process that supports enrollment goals and reflects ISP's values of care, integrity, and excellence.Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, offers)Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackersCoordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needsSupport employer branding initiatives and outreach campaignsAssist in onboarding and induction processesOperations
Maintain and update HR records and documentationSupport payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systemsAssist with compliance checks, background verifications, and safeguarding documentationCoordinate employee life cycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit)Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across campusesSkills And Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail with a process-driven mindsetFamiliarity with HR systems, tools, and recruitment platformsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrityQualifications And Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in education or service sectorsISP Commitment to Safeguarding Principles
