Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for driving the creative direction of projects, ensuring high-quality design output, and mentoring junior designers. This role requires someone who combines strong design thinking with hands-on execution, while also being able to collaborate closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual identities and creative assets.
• Develop guidelines and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Design presentations, social media creatives, website layouts, and campaign collateral.
• Collaborate with the strategy, performance marketing, and content teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and cultural movements to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Handle fast-paced projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
