We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst who thrives in a high-stakes environment, where sophisticated warehouse solutions meet critical sales strategy.

This role is not just about understanding technology—it's about envisioning and articulating how technology transforms operations.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between cutting-edge tech and tangible business outcomes, with a knack for translating complex systems into compelling business solutions.

Innovative Solution Design :

Craft innovative and technically sophisticated solutions that clearly address client specifics and challenges, enhancing operational efficacy and efficiency.

Effective Presentation and Communication :

Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and informative presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comprehensive Requirement Documentation and Project Coordination :

After client discussions, thoroughly document requirements and communicate these effectively to the development team, ensuring precision in project execution.

Maintain ongoing communication with both clients and internal teams throughout the solution development lifecycle to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications :

BE & / or having some professional diploma / post grad courses in BA, Operations, warehouse management, supply chain management.

At least 5 years of experience in technical presales, specifically within industries focusing on SAP-integrated warehouse automation solutions.

A profound capability to engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear business impacts.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages as a significant asset.

Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and navigating challenging project timelines.

A proactive problem-solver, confident in making decisions that influence project outcomes.

Willing and able to travel frequently as demanded by client engagement and project needs.
