Description :
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with deep expertise in High-Speed Board Design, Processor / CPU-based design, and Automotive product development. This role involves complete ownership of board architecture, high-speed interfaces, and mass-production-oriented hardware design.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end development of CPU / Processor-based hardware boards using Qualcomm / NXP / MediaTek / Ambarella or similar SoCs .
- Design and validation of High-Speed Interfaces including PCIe, DDR3 / DDR4, SATA, HDMI, USB 3.0, MIPI, and other signal-integrity sensitive interfaces.
- Perform schematic design, component selection, BOM optimization , and ensure low-cost product design suitable for large-scale manufacturing (MP).
- Analyse and optimize Thermal performance, Power distribution, SI / PI parameters, and system-level reliability .
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop hardware for Automotive Infotainment, ADAS, Camera systems, or similar vehicle electronics.
- Support RF interfaces , antenna routing considerations, and EMI / EMC compatibility .
- Develop low-power and battery-driven designs for energy-efficient applications.
- Conduct board bring-up, debugging, validation, and hardware troubleshooting using industry tools.
