Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Chennai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and engaging in civil engineering activities. Daily tasks will include researching project requirements, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring accurate project cost assessments. The Estimation Engineer will work closely with other departments to support project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting Project Estimations
• Background in Civil Engineering
• Strong Research skills
• Effective Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Relevant certifications or degrees in engineering or related fields
• Experience in the electrical control systems industry is a plus
