Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the complete training lifecycle for candidates in the RSA domain, from onboarding to placement.
- Deliver engaging and effective theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Conduct regular field visits to reinforce learning and assess real-world application.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records and monitor batch progress consistently.
- Submit all training, performance, and compliance reports to the Center Head and Head Office on time.
- Communicate proactively and regularly with the Center Manager and Head Office.
- Ensure 100% batch attendance and achieve target pass percentages.
- Actively participate in placement activities and support candidate placement efforts.
- Guide and mentor mobilizers in identifying and enrolling suitable candidates.
Requirements
Requirements :
Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience as an RSA Trainer or in a similar training role.Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, professional demeanor.Proven ability to apply diverse training methodologies aligned with the RSA profile.Demonstrated motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.Ability to manage the full training cycle effectively, from planning to evaluation.Proficient in using digital tools for reporting, tracking, and documentation.Requirements
