About the Role We are looking for a skilled BIW Engineer to join our core vehicle development team. You will be responsible for designing and integrating BIW structures, doors, panels, and composite-ready components for our upcoming electric microcar prototypes and production vehicles. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, ownership, and the ability to solve real-world design challenges in a fast-paced EV startup environment.

Responsibilities
Design and integrate BIW parts, structural members, and mounting interfacesDevelop functional automotive door assemblies with proper kinematics, sealing, and panel alignmentEngineer surface transitions, split lines, panel gaps, and BIW mating conditionsDefine DFMA-driven BIW engineering surfaces suitable for microfactory manufacturingIncorporate crash safety considerations and industry-grade BIW reliability standardsCollaborate closely with composites and manufacturing teams to integrate thermoplastic composite structuresSolve real-world design challenges involving doors, panels, brackets, and structural jointsDeliver lightweight, manufacturable, and robust BIW solutions for prototypes and production vehiclesTechnical Skills Required
