The Business Transformation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Transformation and New Business. This role involves coordinating strategic initiatives, managing communications and schedules, and assisting with business development activities. The ideal candidate will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, conduct research, and travel across India to support key business objectives.

Expected to travel and be stationed across various States in India as per project requirement.

Skills / Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business development or coordination activities
• Any degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Transformation and New Business
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Manage calendars, emails, and communications for the Director
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and departments
• Support planning and execution for business development activities
• Travel across India as required to support business objectives
