We are looking for a Mid to Senior level Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical applications in a US EST time zone. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Unix scripting, Oracle SQL, and incident management within a production environment, preferably in the banking domain.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 Production Support and collaborate with L1 teams for incident resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Unix-based applications and perform root cause analysis.
• Handle Oracle SQL queries, performance tuning, and database-related issues.
• Ensure 24 / 7 uptime and stability of applications by addressing production incidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue escalation and timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and incident logs
