Your Mission (First 6–12 Months)
Customer Growth : +35–50% new buyers on Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket & Amazon
Performance Marketing : Achieve ≥3.0 ROAS blended, with sharp focus on CAC and CTR
Creative Excellence : 25+ monthly assets (reels, banners, influencer collabs, UGC) hitting ≥4% engagement
Reviews & Ratings : Drive +30% reviews, keep SKUs at ≥4.5★ rating
AI-First Edge : Leverage Canva + generative AI (Nano Banana 3D visuals, Google Veo 3 cinematic ads, ChatGPT / Gemini) to produce viral, cost-effective campaigns
Q-Commerce Optimisation : Own app listings, search visibility, banners, and review boosts on Blinkit / Zepto / BigBasket
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Plan and execute high-impact campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn & Q-commerce platforms
Manage end-to-end ad budgets, A / B testing, CAC, ROAS — no outsourcing, full accountability
Build and maintain content calendars in Hindi + Hinglish; deliver social-first ideas that resonate in UP markets
Drive SEO / SEM to push ecavo.in and marketplace visibility
Run influencer & creator partnerships with clear deliverables, tracking & ROI
Monitor sales uplift from campaigns; link every click to conversions
Track KPIs weekly, present insights, and act fast
✅ What We’re Looking For
7–8 years of hands-on digital / performance marketing (FMCG / D2C background is a strong plus)
At least 2 years leading campaigns end-to-end (budget + strategy + execution)
Proven results in CTR, CAC, ROAS & new customer growth
Advanced skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO / SEM tools, WhatsApp CRM
Proficiency with Canva + AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo 3)
Strong communication in Hindi + English, with cultural agility for UP markets
Curiosity, creativity, and data obsession in equal measure
