We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager - Admin to oversee general administration for our operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing a wide range of administrative functions, including Canteen, Security, Housekeeping, Travel, and Transport. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing unit, supporting a workforce of 50-100 staff.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage all aspects of General Administration to support daily operations.
- Facility & Staff Management: Oversee key services like Canteen, Security, and Housekeeping to ensure a safe and productive environment for all employees.
- Logistics & Events: Take responsibility for Travel and Transport Management. Additionally, you will be involved in Event Management as required by the organization.
- Team & Vendor Management: Handle administrative support for a team of 50-100 staff and manage relationships with external vendors for various services.
Qualifications
- Must have proven experience in General Administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing unit is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a workforce of 50-100 staff.
- Willingness to work in Delhi.
