Job Summary :
ELT Corporate Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and generate leads effectively. Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Explain ELT Corporate’s services to potential clients and generate interest.
Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and guide them accordingly.
Persuade clients to avail of our services through effective communication and objection handling.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude during calls.
Record and update customer details in CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
Follow up with clients to ensure high conversion rates.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance outreach.
Requirements
Required Skills :
Excellent English Communication (both verbal and written)
Fluency in Hindi or other regional languages (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong Persuasion & Negotiation Skills
Active Listening & Customer Handling Abilities
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM Software preferred)
Confidence & Positive Attitude
Ability to Handle Rejections & Objections
Time Management & Multi-tasking Skills
Willingness to Learn & Adapt
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Experience : Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales
Age : 18 – 30 years
