Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wiring Harness Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Creo-Cabling , Creo Schematics , Pro-Diagram , and AutoCAD . The candidate will be responsible for developing harness design solutions in a CAD environment, following internal design standards and project requirements. Experience in New Product Development (NPD) , Quality and Reliability (QnR) , and Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) projects is preferred.

The role involves electrical wiring design, harness development from provided schematics, and electrical component selection (wires, terminals, connectors, fuses, etc.). A strong understanding of ASME Y14.5M drafting principles and Bill of Materials (BOM) management is essential. HVAC domain experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design outputs on schedule.
• Review and analyze input requirements and highlight any gaps.
• Provide accurate time estimates and commit to delivery timelines.
• Conduct internal technical reviews and complete PLM tasks.
• Address rework with proper root cause analysis.
• Follow all electrical design standards and quality processes.
• Identify risks in design deliveries and escalate to project owners.
