Key Responsibilities
1. Support & Incident Management :
- Provide daily support for SAP Ariba (SLP, Commerce Automation, Contracts, Sourcing).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, incidents, and user-reported issues.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet SLA timelines.
2. System Monitoring & Maintenance :
Proactively monitor Ariba modules and integrations for smooth performance.Conduct system health checks, apply patches, and manage version upgrades.3. Integration Support :
Support and maintain integrations between Ariba (SLP, Commerce Automation, Sourcing) and SAP S / 4HANA.Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data flow and process issues.4. Enhancements & Process Improvements :
Gather requirements for minor enhancements and process optimization.Configure systems to meet evolving procurement and supplier collaboration needs.5. Configuration & Customization :
Customize Ariba modules as per business requirements.Maintain contract templates, approval workflows, and supplier configurations.6. Testing & Documentation :
Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing for updates.Create and maintain user guides, configuration documents, and troubleshooting resources.7. User Support & Training :
Provide training and day-to-day support for end users.Assist with supplier onboarding and profile configuration in SLP.8. Collaboration & Reporting :
Partner with business and functional teams to align Ariba solutions with procurement strategies.Deliver regular system health and activity reports to management.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical : Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules & integration with SAP S / 4HANA, Ariba Network, configurations, and SAP CPI / middleware tools.
Analytical : Skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex Ariba-S / 4HANA integration issues.
Communication : Strong written / verbal communication and experience in training users.
Organizational : Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and thorough documentation.
