HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Support

We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter / HR Executive to support our talent acquisition function and core HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Publish job postings on career pages, social media, and job portals
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or internal database
• Coordinate onboarding activities : offers, documentation, induction
• Support HR operations including attendance, employee records, and policy compliance
• Assist in organizing training sessions, engagement events, and HR initiatives
• Prepare recruitment / HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
