Role Summary :

The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring alignment with the organization’s global strategy. The role involves managing manufacturing, project engineering, service, quality, and supply chain functions to achieve operational excellence, financial goals, and a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage local operations to meet strategic, financial, and productivity goals.
• Drive cultural values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from machine development to installation and service.
• Ensure manufacturing systems optimization, quality improvement, and on-time project delivery.
• Manage supplier performance, procurement processes, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Forecast and manage budgets, resources, and manpower planning effectively.
• Support sales and business development through customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Serve as Factory License holder and maintain legal director responsibilities.
