About the Role
As our Real Estate Investment Analyst , you will play a central role in evaluating land parcels, conducting market and financial analysis, and supporting the end-to-end investment and acquisition process.
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic decisions, feasibility studies, and identifying new opportunities across South India.
This role is ideal for candidates coming from JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield , or similar real-estate consulting environments.
Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Modelling & Feasibility
- Build detailed Excel models including IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analyses
- Evaluate land and development opportunities across various asset classes
- Assess investment returns, risks, timelines, and overall project viability
2. Market Research & Insights
Conduct primary & secondary research on :Land pricing and transactionsMarket supply / demand trendsZoning, FAR, and regulatory frameworksUpcoming infrastructure & development corridorsTrack competitive projects and create benchmarking studies3. Land Analysis & Due Diligence Support
Analyse inbound land leads for suitability, pricing, and feasibilitySupport due diligence with research, valuation inputs, and risk checksCoordinate with legal, technical, and government consultants when required4. Strategy, Reporting & Presentations
Prepare investment notes, summaries, and strategic briefsCreate structured presentations for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain internal trackers & databases for land, projects, and market data5. Collaboration & Execution Support
Work closely with the founder on acquisitions and expansion initiativesParticipate in site visits, market surveys, and partner meetingsSupport negotiations with data-driven analysis and insightsQualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related fieldsMBA / PGDM or specialized real-estate certifications are added advantagesExperience
1–4 years in real-estate advisory, investments, valuation, or researchPreferably from JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank , or equivalentStrong financial modelling experience requiredSkills
