Role Purpose
- The role of the Marketing Programme Manager is;
- To identify all the tasks that need to be completed to deliver on a marketing campaign
- To strategically collaborate with appropriate cross-functional team members and the customer to get the tasks fulfilled on time, within budget, and meeting the customer Statement of Work
- To ensure the customer and the project team are communicated with effectively in terms of production updates and campaign results
Key Responsibilities
Leading and influencing internal project resources across sales, marketing, editorial and design to ensure the programme is delivered on time, within budget and meeting the customer requirements. Procuring vendors and other partners where relevant for programme deliveryAssisting sales and editorial with programme scoping and programme developmentProactively manage client expectations, ensuring clarity of programme deliverables at the outset of each programmeReporting programme KPIs to the project team and to the customerBuilding and managing a project plan and timeline for every programme delivered, including managing multiple programmes / deliverables for individual clientsOwn communications with the end client and the project team concerning the progress of the campaign, and the campaign KPIsManage the needs of all stakeholders involved, and ensure a smooth implementation of the projects throughout all stagesDevelop strong relationships with customer stakeholders – so that you are viewed as the go-to person for all their programme delivery needsEscalating programme and market-level issues to Marketing Services management in a timely and accurate mannerSkills and Experience
To be considered for this role you should have :
Strong agency account management experience, gained in a fast paced environment, managing multiple campaignsProven experience building a programme of events and webinars – ideally Zoom Webinars / EventsExcellent marketing campaign management experienceExcellent project management skills with attention to detailAn obsession with customer value, customer experience and managing client expectationsMarketing automation platform experience - ideally EloquaExceptional communication and influencing skills with a can-do attitudeKnowledge and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in a marketing programme / campaign role – ideally agency sideExperience in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookMarketing automation platform experience (ideally Eloqua, but not essential)Experience in building Zoom Webinars / EventsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communicator, problem solver, self-starter, analytical
