Technical Documentation Specialist

We’re hiring a Technical Documentation Specialist (5–6LPA) to manage mechanical / electrical drawings, ECNs, and engineering processes. If you love precision, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage all mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, and assembly drawings, engineering change notes (ECNs), BOM updates, and technical specifications.
• Record and version-control all drawing revisions, design updates, and procedure changes.
• Prepare clear step-by-step instructions, SOPs, installation guides, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical / electrical engineers, application engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy of components, material specs, and sourcing details.
• Align technical documents with procurement requirements such as part numbers, vendor details, and material codes.
• Maintain a structured and centralized document repository ensuring proper indexing and traceability.
• Support design modifications, new builds, supplier updates, and production improvements with updated documentation.
• Assist in audits by providing documentation, revision history, and compliance records.
• Identify gaps in documentation and proactively improve processes.
