Job description

Business Development

  • Handle and expand the Alloy Steel business of the company.
  • Coordinate with customers and manage all sales-related interactions.
  • Process inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contract reviews.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality material supply and timely delivery commitments.
  • Create and process sales orders; coordinate with PPC and plant for material readiness and dispatch.
  • Maintain daily and weekly sales performance reports.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare and process credit and debit notes.
  • Develop new clients by studying market variables such as cost, service, and competition.
  • Conduct market research to analyze demand, assess potential, and provide insights for business strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers during the negotiation process.

Sales & Marketing

  • Manage business operations and strategic planning for Alloy Steel in OEM sectors.
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives for Alloy Steel in domestic markets.
  • Strategize and implement value-added steel marketing plans.
  • Design competitive sales programs and strategies to increase product awareness and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketing execution.
  • Launch and promote new products to support diversification and business development goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Address and resolve customer complaints with timely and accurate solutions.
  • Interface with customers to understand requirements and provide product customization.
  • Deliver excellent customer support to build credibility and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients for business retention and growth.
  • Conduct customer profitability analysis and identify areas for improvement in client servicing.
