Job Title : Technology Contract Management Consultant
Job Purpose
This resource is responsible for Technology Contract Management. The ideal candidate will have to manage the Technology contracts inventory and review, comment and risk notes for contract documents and amendments, ensure that terms and conditions will be appropriate and provide management reporting. Candidate must have experience Technology procurement especially handling annual maintenance contracts, license subscriptions, service contracts and annual budgeting and reporting.
Key Result Areas
Perform contract reviews (including terms and conditions) in accordance with the rules of engagement, policies and in consultation with Technology stakeholders and update the review observations / risks in contract factsheet for each contracts / SOWs separately and prepare risk mitigation plan for the risks identified and execute it.
Gather and Maintain contracts and SOWs-related documents and correspondence relating to Information Technology units.
Experienced in reviewing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) & SOWs, license, subscriptions, and annual maintenance agreements with technology vendors.
Coordinate with the Procurement, Tech units, Legal, Risk, Project Controls, and Business on contractual terms and risk issues.
Prepare risk schedule and summary of terms for Technology contracts.
Responsible for reviewing Technology AMC's, subscription and service contracts and propose service and cost optimization opportunities.
Responsible to review SLA, OLAs in agreements and incorporate the SLAs wherever not captured in the agreements.
Support Annual Tech budgeting process, manage key reports – monthly cashflow, actual vs. budget comparisons.
Any other additional duties may be required by management based on the needs of the business.

Role requires an understanding of industry standards and different SLAs used in the areas of Technology contracts.
Work with technology teams for contracts collection and related documents.
Enhance collaboration and coordination with support functions like Procurement, Audit, Risk Management, and Information Security
Problem Solving & Communication
Should be a self-starter with ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to colleagues and stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Minimum of 10-12 years of progressively responsible experience in contract management, in Technology, preferably Banking industry. Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.
Candidate must have experience in Technology procurement and contract management especially annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and subscriptions and should have experience in annual budgeting and reporting.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The candidate must be able to multitask, handle changing priorities and work independently in a fast-changing environment.

Master of Law (M.L / L.L.M), Bachelors of Law (B.L / L.L.B)
