Role Description :
- Develops, Implements and Manages Manufacturing Processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for Quality and Reliability
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products through out the Manufacturing Process
- Communicates Quality Standards and Parameters to QA team, product development team and other appropriate staff

Document Detailed Manufacturing Process in consultation with Production, for defect free ProductsQuality Control Chart at each stage of Production Process - Incoming Inspection, In Process and Final Testing of Products; Ensure Compliance with documentationSupplier Quality Assurance : Ensure Supplied Material meets the Quality standards of the product. Make sure supplier has processes with Quality control checks and Pre-Dispatch Inspection aligned to Organisation's Incoming InspectionEstablish and Manage Final Product Testing Standards – Equipment, Methods, FrequencyType Testing of Finished Products and AuditsEstablish and Manage Product Reliability Standards – Equipment, Methods, FrequencyEstablish and Manage Component level Qualification Standards and Testing ProceduresEnsure timely Caliberation of Quality Control Instruments and GaugesProduct Certifications for promotion, Safety and Compliance to local lawsReceive, Review Customer Feedback on Quality ; Analyse and Respond back to customer with CAPA in a structured manner; Ensure execution as per CAPA and Maintain documentationReview and Analyse In warranty returns from field and establish root cause analysis with action plan to mitigate ; Execute as planned and Maintain DocumentationTake up Quality Enhance Plan in terms of PPM, identify suitable equipment and process to achieve TargetQualifications
Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and ComplianceKnowledge of quality standards and regulations, including ISO / TSStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related fieldExperience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in refrigeration or HVAC, is a plus.Skills Required
