About the Role : We are looking for a Deputy Manager with 7 years of experience in the IT department at Maheshwaram, Fab City and Sitarampur. Be a part of our dynamic and growing team!

Qualifications :

  • B.Tech / Diploma - Computer Science.

Responsibilities :

  • Hands on experience in PC Hardware assembling, installation & setup.
  • Extensive experience in Windows server administration, including implementing, and managing complex server environments.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services.
  • Strong expertise in virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware, managing virtualized server environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
  • Hands on experience SQL server administration, Queries (sql\Pl-sql).
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing server hardware and software upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in Windows server environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Active Directory, and other related services.
  • Monitor and optimize server performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring high system uptime and minimal downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
  • Configure and maintain server hardware and software components, including network interfaces, storage devices, and backup solution.
  • Implement and manage security measures, including user authentication, group policies, firewalls, and antivirus software.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as patching, updating, and upgrading server software and firmware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, including system failures, network connectivity problems, and software conflicts.
  • Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Monitor server logs, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business needs and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Windows server technologies, recommending and implementing best practices and improvements.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality services and products.
  • Work closely with IT team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Computer typing skills (40 WPM).
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  • Should have enthusiasm to learn new technologies & improve skill set.

    • Required Skills :

  • UG / Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
  • Certification will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) networking (CCNA / CCNP).
