This role gives you the freedom to innovate, build, automate, and influence silicon that goes into real, high-performance products. You will work across multiple projects, collaborate with top-tier engineers, and own DFT from concept all the way to production.

What Youll Do :

• Own the design and implementation of advanced DFT architecture and methodologies for complex ASICs.
• Build smart automation develop efficient flows, scripts, and tools that elevate productivity and test quality.
• Drive DFT across the entire ASIC lifecycle , from RTL integration through tape-out and production readiness.
• Work closely with world-class teams on SoC integration , silicon bring-up, failure analysis, and debug.
• Implement industry-leading ATPG , SCAN , MBIST , and iJTAG solutions.
• Apply DFT best practices and fault modeling techniques to maximize test coverage and product reliability.
• Continuously improve DFT flows, methodologies, and internal standards your ideas will shape how we work.
