Job descriptionLeadership role that reports to the Co - Founder and the overall technology and product function. The individual has to lead, manage and grow the existing team. Technology Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap Lead the architecture, and technology stack decisions to ensure product scalability, resiliency, and security. Product Leadership : Define and articulate product vision, strategy, in close collaboration with the founders and leadership team Define and prioritise the product portfolio for both customers and internal users across functions. Team Building : Build, mentor, and scale teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Develop a talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent aligned with the companys growth ambitions and cultural values. Stakeholder Management : Represent technology and product narratives to investors, board members, and key customers. 15 to 20 years of overall work experience with a graduate degree in engineering from a reputed institute in India or abroad Experience of leading the engineering function, building and scaling B2C products Experience of leading large engineering teams preferably more than 50
