About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage QuickBooks (Desktop & Online) for seamless financial management.
• Handle General Ledger , Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting with precision.
• Prepare Financial Statements in compliance with US accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Tax Preparation , year-end closing, and audit requirements with expertise.
• Maintain Financial Records accurately, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

Qualifications and Skills :

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for US-based clients or companies. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, US accounting processes, and excellent organizational skills are essential.
