Location - Bengaluru ( work from office )

Experience- 2- 8 years

Education : BE / BTECH - Mechanical / Aero

Skills required :

  • Exceptional knowledge of Gas Turbine Engine. Experience on Aero Engine components is advantage.
  • Preferrable to have academic degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Desirable analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good MS Office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Preferrable knowledge on cost saving / analysis activities
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams internally and with customers.

Job Description :

  • Analyse service cost to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
  • Create Business case based on the inputs to calculate the estimated savings and input into customer portal to create the initiative.
  • Conduct self-review of your own work and present the Business case with the reviewers.
  • Conduct peer-review of the work done by the team members.
  • Present the business case to customer and obtain initial approval to proceed with the initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different functions within the organization and with customers to progress the initiatives and track them for completion.
  • Present the evidence of completion to customer at different gate levels to get agreement for the closure at each gate.
  • Regularly update the necessary trackers to reflect the actual progress of each KPIs and present the status to the Project Lead.
