Department : MarketingReports To : Head of Digital MarketingAbout the Role : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop,manage, and scale our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor building strong relationships with partners, optimizing affiliate performance, and drivingmeasurable growth through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionallywith marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with broader businessgoals and ROI targets.Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand reach,revenue, and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliate partners, networks,and influencers.
• Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentives to maximize ROI andmaintain partner satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics, providing actionable insightsand reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing assets,promotional materials, and campaigns tailored for affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines, legal standards, and affiliatenetwork policies.
• Stay current on industry trends and identify new opportunities, technologies, ornetworks to expand the affiliate program.Qualifications :
• 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate & Influencer marketing or partnership management (B2C oreCommerce preferred).
• Proven success in growing and managing large-scale affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools
• Experience with SEO, paid media, or influencer marketing is a plusKey Competencies :
