Job Summary :
The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the student admission process at Candiidus International School. This role involves guiding prospective parents and students through the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience that reflects the school’s values and standards. The officer will serve as the first point of contact, provide accurate information, maintain records, and support enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary contact for all admission-related inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online forms).
- Provide detailed information about the school curriculum (Cambridge & other programs), facilities, policies, and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus tours and coordinate interaction sessions between parents, students, and faculty.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process : application receipt, documentation, assessments, interviews, and offer letters.
- Maintain updated admission data in the school’s MIS / CRM system.
- Collaborate with the academic team for student assessments and evaluations.
- Support in organizing open houses, admission events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents to maximize conversion.
- Prepare admission reports, enrollment statistics, and provide updates to the management.
- Ensure all admission activities align with school policies, compliance standards, and brand image.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field).Prior experience in school admissions, counseling, or customer service (international school experience preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.Proficiency in MS Office and school CRM / MIS systems.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Positive attitude, approachable personality, and a customer-centric mindset.
