Job description

5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse (at least 1-2 Full Implementation Cycles or extensive experience managing support / enhancements).

Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse scripting, forms, dashboards, scorecards, and automation chains, including macros, embedded algorithms, and task flow.

Deep functional experience in supply chain processes, including S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.

Strong technical understanding of the Kinaxis solution, including authoring, system configuration, and designing resources such as workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts.

Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective design solutions.

Managing and mentoring junior developers, conducting quality reviews of developed functionality, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Certifications : Kinaxis Author Level 2 / 3, Solution Consultant 1.

Required Skills & Experience :

Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and their integration with Kinaxis.
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
