Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong technical foundation to lead the development and enhancement of digital marketing platforms. The position requires balancing technical and business perspectives, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving platform improvements that address critical business challenges. You will work across international teams and functions to maximize platform value and accelerate advertising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, mission, and strategy; create and manage the product roadmap.

Analyze business challenges and translate them into platform solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure development aligns with business goals and KPIs.

Gather functional requirements from diverse stakeholders and integrate them into platform design.

Research emerging advertising technologies and industry trends.

Partner with program and delivery managers for prioritization and backlog management.

Coordinate integration with internal and external systems and services.

Participate in vendor evaluations and technology selection processes.

Manage product-level budgets and cost controls.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience defining system requirements for digital advertising platforms while engaging with business stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in web or mobile application development (programming and system design).

Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.

Proven track record of managing multiple products as a product manager.

Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

At least 5 years in IT, including system development or product planning.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in digital advertising operations or product planning.

Pre-sales or consulting experience.

Experience in project or product management outside advertising.

Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

International collaboration experience.

Business-level proficiency in Japanese is a plus.

Relevant Technologies and Platforms

DSP, DMP, data feeds, tracking and reporting systems, pixel tags.

Formats : listing ads, display ads, video ads, shopping ads.
