Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across onshore and offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in Oil & Gas, EPC, and related domains.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and future project requirements.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
