🚀 Hiring : Assistant Vice President – Data Science Lead

📍 Location : Delhi–NCR (occasional travel to Jaipur)

💼 Experience : 10–16 years

We are looking for an accomplished Data Science Leader to head our AI / ML initiatives and manage an expert team of data scientists. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with deep technical expertise to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, driving end-to-end ML model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and define the data science roadmap.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions using ML, AI, and advanced statistical methods.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and quality.
• Promote best practices in data science, model governance, and MLOps.
• Support hiring, career development, and performance management within the team.
