We’re hiring an AI Automation Expert who can make that vision a reality. Nnd can build any custom AI automation and AI Agents.

💡 Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Expert who can build, connect, and automate everything — internal and external.

From automating creator onboarding, outreach, deal tracking, communication, analytics, reporting, and internal workflows , you’ll be the one who designs and delivers a fully automated AIXY Media ecosystem.

If you can build custom automations fast and integrate AI agents + no-code + APIs to make systems talk — this role is for you.

🧠 Responsibilities

• Automate every internal and external operation of AIXY Media (CRM, outreach, reporting, communication, etc.)
• Ability to Build any custom AI and no-code automations using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, and Google Workspace
• Create AI agents / bots for outreach, lead generation, and client communication using OpenAI, Anthropic, or custom APIs
• Connect tools and databases through API integrations
• Build dashboards for creator performance, outreach data, and campaign tracking
• Deliver fast, efficient, and reliable automations that reduce manual work
• Stay updated with new AI and automation tools to implement across departments
