Title : Order Management Specialist

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Work Schedule : Mon to Fri, 5 PM to 2 PM

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order processing and software license provisioning . This role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Support teams to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and validate customer orders with accuracy.
• Manage license creation, activation, and renewals.
• Resolve order or license-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM .
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
