We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams and drive the next phase of our technology growth.

What Youll Do :

• Lead a team of talented backend and frontend engineers to design, build, and scale highly available systems.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of product modules - from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Design teams to translate business goals into reliable technical solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
• Work with leadership to define the tech roadmap and align it with product and business objectives.
• Participate in architectural discussions and guide the team in choosing the right tech stack and tools.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and help them grow into future tech leaders.
