CSR & Government project partnerships

across India.

Position : Manager / Senior Manager – Fund Raising and Partnerships (B2B Social Impact Programmes)

Location : Mumbai

Experience :

8–10 years in CSR / Government projects)

CTC : Negotiable and aligned with the candidate’s skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive fund raising through CSR and Government initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and

Consultants.

  • Lead proposal writing (must-have), project budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Explore new funding opportunities through events, networks, and digital platforms.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with data analysis.
  • Travel extensively across urban and rural India.

    • Requirements :

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Rural Management, CSR, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in CSR / Government programs and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Office and data management tools
  • High ownership, multitasking ability, and proactive reporting skills
