Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Plant Supervisor. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing plant maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. This is an on-site role located in Palakkad & Kollam.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience in automobiles
• Knowledge of plant operations and plant maintenance
• Ability to establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
