Responsibilities : Implement dynamic and responsive Service Portal solutions and end user interfaces on the ServiceNow platformRefine the standard for Service Portal implementations and evolve the technology stack to build modern and awesome user experiences for our customersConfigure and develop custom applications using ServiceNow platform and integrate with other systems.RequirementsCreate mobile and web applications based on site maps, wireframes and visual designs using standards compliant JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3Develop the portal, pages, widgets, and other components based on requirementsExperience with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, React JS, BootstrapProficient in developing and integrating custom applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.3 years of minimum experience in developing application in ServiceNowPortal Scripting in AngularUnderstanding of Angular based Client side & Server-side scriptsClient Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.Client and Server APIs i.e., GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.Hands-on experience in ITSM modules e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Virtual Agent.Ability to effectively manage your time across multiple projectsExperience with release / version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow, Scripted Webservices, Client Side and Server-Side Scripting, Service Portal configurationExperience interacting with REST API
