About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to help us hire strong sales and call center specialists for our New Delhi office.

This is a remote position open to candidates across India.

You’ll be part of a professional international team, learn fast, and grow your income along with company success.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and call center roles.
• Manage communication with candidates : calls, messages, and interview coordination.
• Use Naukri, foundit, Shine, Apna, WorkIndia, and other Indian job platforms.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, adjusting profiles and expectations as needed.
• Track results and performance; improve hiring speed and quality.
