Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi, located in Ludhiana. The primary responsibilities include food preparation, assisting with cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to the overall functioning of the kitchen. The Commi will support the chefs in preparing ingredients, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and operational, and following all safety and hygiene protocols.

• Adherence to Hygiene standards and practices
• Strong Communication skills
• Basic Culinary Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Professional culinary training or certification is an advantage
