Export Documentation Specialist

Kalpa Electrikal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist to manage and coordinate end-to-end export documentation and compliance. If you enjoy working with global shipments and keeping things perfectly organized, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, insurance, and customs paperwork
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, and country-specific requirements
• Track shipments and maintain accurate export records
• Handle LC, DGFT, and other export-related documentation when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in export documentation or logistics
• Good knowledge of export procedures, customs norms, and shipping terms
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
